Planning and Preparation for His Coming Kingdom

Proverbs 29:18: “Where there is no vision, the people perish.”

Godly planning must lead to faithful action. Without action, both vision and faith remain incomplete. 

The Bible shows that God is a planner. His ultimate plan is the establishment of His Kingdom through Jesus Christ (Matthew 6:10).

Plans and intentions mean nothing unless they lead to action.

God has already revealed His plan through Jesus Christ and His Word. But knowing it is not enough. In James 2:17 its written “Faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.”, we must be doers, not just hearers.

True preparation for God’s Kingdom requires:

  • Obedience to His commandments
  • Living by faith
  • Consistent effort and endurance

Planning begins with understanding God’s will.

Spiritual readiness is not about what you know or plan—but how faithfully you live it out every day.

If it’s Written for You, Even The Wind Shall Blow In Your Favour


...even the wind shall blow in your favour

Deuteronomy 28, Almighty speaks through Moses, declaring that if His people diligently obey His voice, blessings will overtake them. Notice that word—overtake. It’s not just that blessings follow; they pursue and catch up with you.

When our lives aligns with God’s will, even circumstances beyond our control—like the wind—begin to cooperate with His purpose for us. 

Doors open, paths straighten, and what seemed resistant begins to yield.

Verse 7 says, “The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face.” Verse 12 adds that God will “open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season.” In other words, even the unseen forces—timing, provision, favor—shift in our direction.

Jesus reveals the principle in its fullness in Matthew 6:33 "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

When our priority is God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, everything else — provision, direction, favor — falls into place. It’s another way of saying: when our life is rightly aligned, even the “wind” begins to move in our favor. 

It isn't luck, or mere destiny — it is obedience, faithfulness, and covenant relationship with the Almighty.

Let's begin to walk with God, so don’t chase favor — favor finds us. 

When Almighty has written something in our lives, even the winds of adversity will turn and shall lead us towards His promise.

Held, When We Stumble


Life is full of moments where we lose balance—mistakes, failures, and unexpected struggles. At times, it may feel like one misstep could bring everything crashing down. But God gives us a comforting promise in Psalm 37:24: “Though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand.”

We can never say we will not stumble, this acknowledges our human weakness. Yet, it assures us that our stumbles are not the end of our story. God’s is always upholding us—steady, strong, and faithful.

Just like turning a stumble into a dance, Almighty can transform our failures into growth, our fears into faith, and our weakness into testimony. What feels like a fall becomes a step forward when He is holding us.

Today, if you feel unsteady, remember: you are not walking alone. The Lord Himself is upholding you.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You that even when I stumble, You never let me fall. Help me trust Your hand in every step I take. Turn my struggles into strength and my fear into faith. Amen.

We are Rich in things, but Extremly poor in time.

We live in a generation that has more possessions than the previous. 

Our society is Rich in Things, but Extremely Poor in time.

People have bigger houses but less peace in their hearts. Homes are filled with abundance

 conveniences, and comforts. Technology giving us speedier gadgets and access to critical information. Yet, in the middle of this prosperity, something precious is missing.  

We have faster communication, yet deeper loneliness. 

Schedules are full, but souls often feel empty.

Families struggle to find time to sit together, pray together, or simply be present with one another.

This condition reveals a deeper spiritual problem. When life becomes centered on possessions, productivity, and pressure, we slowly lose sight of the eternal purpose God has for humanity.

The Bible speaks of a future hope — the coming Kingdom of God.

Jesus proclaimed this Kingdom as the central message of His ministry. In Gospel of Matthew 6:33, He said: "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."

God’s Kingdom represents a completely different order of life. It is not a society driven by endless consumption or constant hurry. Instead, it will be a world ruled by God's righteousness, peace, and justice.

In that Kingdom:

People will not live under constant stress and competition.

Relationships will be restored.

Time will no longer be consumed by anxiety, greed, or survival.

Humanity will live in harmony with God and with one another.

The prophet spoke about this future in Book of Isaiah 2:4, describing a world where nations will no longer learn war and peace will govern the earth.

The coming Kingdom of God will correct what our present world has broken. Today we chase things but lose time; in God’s Kingdom, p

eople will regain what truly matters — time with God, time with family, time to live in righteousness and peace.

This is why Jesus taught us to pray in Gospel of Matthew 6:10:

"Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven."

Every time we pray these words, we express our longing for a world where God’s rule replaces human confusion.

Until that day arrives, we are called to live differently. We must resist the pressure of a world that measures life only by possessions. Instead, we should measure life by faith, love, obedience, and reverence to God and to serve mankind, preparing for His coming Kingdom.

Like childbirth. Yes it’s Painful -  but purposeful. 

Intense - but filled with hope.

When you hear the groans—within yourself, in your community, or in the world—remember this: groaning means something is coming.

God’s restoration is not a distant dream; it is a guaranteed future.

Until then, we wait. We hope. We trust.

 And we groan—not in despair, but in expectation.

When “I’m Fine” Isn’t Really Fine


 

Finding Peace in a World That Feels Divided

In today’s world, so many walk around wearing invisible masks — smiling and saying “I’m fine,” even when their hearts are heavy. The pressures of work, the stress of deadlines, the loneliness that often comes with social distance, and the endless race to keep up with expectations — all these can quietly drain the joy out of living. We move through our days surrounded by people, yet often feel unseen and unheard.

It’s easy to believe that nobody really cares, so we build walls, stay silent, and carry our burdens alone. But deep inside, every heart longs for acknowledgment — a simple, genuine word like “I understand,” or “I’m here for you.” Sometimes, that small act of empathy can bring more healing than a thousand solutions.

In these moments of quiet struggle, we are reminded that God truly cares. Even when people don’t notice our pain, He does. He sees beyond the smile, beyond the “I’m fine.” His gentle presence whispers peace to the restless soul and reminds us that we are never alone.

Acknowledging one another’s struggles doesn’t require grand gestures — just a listening ear, a kind word, or a prayer. When we choose to care, we become vessels of God’s comfort and agents of His peace.

So the next time someone says, “I’m fine,” pause for a moment. Offer a smile, a word of encouragement, or even silent prayer. Because through small acts of love, we reflect the heart of a God who remains in control, even when life feels out of balance.

In His hands, our worries find rest, our chaos finds calm, and our hearts find peace.

The Garden of the Mind

 

Have you ever thought of your mind as a garden? Just like soil can grow flowers, fruit, or weeds depending on what is planted, our minds also grow whatever we allow inside.

Many people love gardening. We enjoy filling the front of our homes with flowers and planting fruit trees in the backyard. We water, weed, and take care of them every day, and most gardens grow well. But often, our inner life is not cared in the same way.

Many times, we let gossip, fear, and negative thoughts take root in our minds. Slowly, our joy fades, and our peace disappears, our hearts being to feel heavy. Unlike our garden outside, our mind becomes filled with weeds.

Philippians 4:8 says : “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” 

These words remind us that our thoughts shape our lives. Like a garden, our minds need care.

It’s time to plant truth instead of lies, thankfulness instead of complaints, and peace instead of fear.

God’s Instruction for Our Minds

The Bible gives us clear guidance: Proverbs 4:23“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

Matthew 4:4“Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”

God created our minds to grow strong when we feed them with His Word. If we take in negativity, we end up with worry and bitterness. But if we focus on God’s promises, we receive peace, joy, and wisdom.

Planting the Right Seeds

We need to care for our thoughts the way we care for a garden. Each day, we can:

  • Pray instead of worrying.
  • Read Scripture instead of listening to rumors.
  • Thank God for small blessings instead of complaining.

Over time, our inner garden will bloom with peace, kindness, and joy.

Remember, what you plant in your mind will shape the person you become. 

Let us choose to plant God’s Word daily so that our minds bear fruit that glorifies Him.

A Short Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for reminding me that my mind is like a garden. Help me to remove the weeds of fear, negativity, and doubt, and to plant Your truth, peace, and joy. Teach me to guard my heart and feed on Your Word each day.

May my life bear fruit that honors You.
